GolfTrax is designed with your privacy in mind. Your golf data is stored locally on your device and is never sold or shared with third parties.

If you choose to use the friends feature, a summary of your profile is stored in Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) public database. This includes:
This data is shared only with users who add you as a friend using your invite code. You can stop sharing by not using the friends feature.
GolfTrax uses Apple's CloudKit service for the friends feature. CloudKit is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. No other third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services are used.
GolfTrax does not track you across other apps or websites. We do not use any third-party tracking or advertising frameworks.
All golf data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. iCloud-synced profile data is protected by your Apple ID credentials and Apple's security infrastructure.
You can delete any round, practice session, or course data at any time within the app. Uninstalling the app removes all local data. To remove your profile from iCloud, delete your profile within the app before uninstalling.
GolfTrax does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app is rated 4+ and does not contain objectionable content.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
